Doença não tratada anterior

  • adultos. Geralmente 300 mg seguidos por
    • 1.000 mg por semana depois
    • e depois 1.000 mg uma vez por mês durante um máximo de 11 meses.

Tratamento prévio com fludarabina

  • adultos. Geralmente 300 mg seguidos por
    • 2.000 mg uma vez por semana durante 7 semanas - depois
    • pausa por 4-5 semanas seguido por
    • 2.000 mg uma vez por mês durante 4 meses.

Se o organismo não conseguir se livrar de todas as células que o Arzerra destruiu, pode ocorrer a chamada luz do tumor, o que pode levar a um nível anormalmente alto de resíduos no sangue e, possivelmente, à insuficiência renal. Se ocorrer dor lateral ou se houver sangue na urina, pode ser um sinal de luz no tumor e, nesse caso, você deve procurar orientação médica.
